About my web identity:
When it comes to my web identity, I try to stay as anonymous as possible. The way do this is by keeping my privacy settings turned on to their maximum settings on my social networking sites, not using my last name on some, and using the 'hide my page from search engines' option when possible. Ever since online privacy became a major issues several years ago, I have made sure to search for my name on a regular basis to make sure that I still have everything 'locked down'. While this is great for my personal information, it leaves my professional existence empty. I definitely think that it will be important for me to start building a professional online existence though with perhaps websites and other tools that will speak to my professional achievements.
